Check-out time:

Should rooms not be released before 13:00 hrs on the check out date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night.

Dress Code:

The hotel welcomes proper long swimsuits at our beaches; however these are not permitted on the pool premises. No loose cotton clothing is allowed.

Release & Waiver:

I hereby release Fanar Hotel & Residences, its affiliates and each of their respective officers, director, agents, employees, and/or owners from any and all claims, damages, demands, rights of action or cause of action, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated and unanticipated, arising out of or in any manner resulting from me or my guests attendance at, or use of , the equipment or facilities of Al FanarHotel & Residences, including or without limitation, any claims, damages, demands, and rights of action or cause of action resulting from, or arising out of, negligence. Further, I hereby agree to waive any and all of such claims, damages, demands and rights of action or cause of action. Such release and waiver is to be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns. Further, I hereby agree to release and discharge the releases from any and all liability for any loss or theft of, or damage to, personal property. I am fully knowledgeable of the proper use of the facilities, as well as my own physical limitation, and I agree to use such facilities at my own risk, without supervision. I understand that the releases will make no evaluation or recommendation - and I will not construe any statement or action as an evaluation or recommendation. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a waiver and release of liability.
